Her focus is on client centricity and client's needs in order to strategically create a recruitment plan tailored to their goals. She looks at each role as a long-term opportunity; after all, the essential ingredient to creating a successful business is recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent.  

 

Kate's experience spans over 17 years in the logistics industry as a recruiter and customer success manager. Since starting Sprinkle Talent, she’s successfully leveraged her diverse and unique skill set to expand and deliver the highest level of service across several other industries.
